# XMAPortal : Hide Files

## How to Hide Files  <a href="#hidefiles-howtohidefiles" id="hidefiles-howtohidefiles"></a>

(files uploaded to a trial in error cannot be deleted, but they can be hidden)

* Go to **All Files** tab. Select files to be hidden using the check boxes, then scroll to bottom and press **Hide Files** button.
* To see hidden files, Go to **All Files** tab, then scroll to the bottom and press the **View Hidden Files** button.
