# XMAPortal : Show Firefox developer window

**If you have problem with the new non-Java file uploader, please enable Firefox Developer window, see this screencast for how to do it and then send me a screenshot or cut and paste if any messages shows up in the bottom window (Firefox developer window) when you try to stage a file.**
